


Ringed by castles - Cawdor, Findlay, Kilravock and Rait, not to mention Brodie - and sites like Clava Cairns, Fort George and Auldearn battlefield and doocot, there is a wealth of rich history to inspire young minds.īut it was another famous historical story that provided the inspiration for my first book.Īfter studying physics at the University of St Andrews, I trained as a journalist at Glasgow Caledonian University and the University of Strathclyde.
